It is a system that allows inert gas (nitrogen or carbon dioxide) to be introduced into the tank, eliminating the oxidation of wines and avoiding contact with the air.
System that allows inert gas to be introduced into the tank, avoiding contact with the air and consequently preserving from oxidation
Through the two-stage reduction unit the inert gas is introduced into the tanks with a pressure of 20 mb. Inside the tank, the gas, always present, replaces the air even during bleeding. A special double-effect safety valve, mounted on the safety unit, guarantees the pressure stability of the system and of the individual tanks.
